About Us
Jerry James and Associates Fire Investigations was established in 2002 by Jerry James. Initially, the company was solely dedicated to the investigation of commercial and residential structure fires for the insurance industry. Shortly thereafter, at the request of a client, water loss investigation and examinations were added to JJA’s services.
Since 2002, the company has grown to include product failure analysis and evidence storage. We are also staffed and experienced to conduct limited fungal contamination investigations. It is our experience and commitment to supporting our clients, which has allowed us to increase our production year after year.
Jerry James and Associates is currently licensed in the state of Arizona but has available CFI Licensed Associates in California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon. JJA is also a licensed private investigating company.
